1. Please "Click" the large square.

2. If you get an error message, then manually open the program you use to do emails.

3. Address your email to: printnote@ipsimb.com

4. Write "Print Notice" in the subject line.

5. In your email include the following: Name, User Id., email address, the name and IPS Manuscript Code of the Mauscript being printed, the English name of the language being used in the printing, the number of copies to be printed, the geographic area where the printed materials will be used, and the Region you represent.

When we receive your email we will process it as soon as we can. Thank You.

This is a quick little check list to help make sure
you are ready to go to print:

  • Is the copyright correct for the item I am printing?
  • If I asked for a "Copyright Exception", did I send IPS a copy of the title and copyright page for final approval?
  • Did I include the "IPS-(manuscript id code)" statement on the copyright page?
  • If I want to "Consign the Usage Rights" to another group, did I remember to ask the SC to send in the request form and get permission from IPS?
  • Did  I include the "English" name of the language we are using on the copyright page?
  • Did I remember to do a Translation Request?
  • Did I send a copy of the Translation computer files to IPS?
