My Privacy & My Registration Information

Dear User,

The information you give us to complete your registration is never distributed.

Your information is sent by email to us and is placed in an encrypted database on our computer in Johannesburg. I am the only one with the decryption password. I do not release that information to anyone without your written approval. (Why would we want to release your Email address?)

Your IPS User ID is used to verify who contacts us.

When you download files or submit other information your User ID and the Manuscript downloaded are recorded as your agreement to the Copyright and Distribution Restrictions.

This information is not stored on the Server. No personal or contact information is stored connected with that information.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Sincerely,
Jim Brock, International Publications Services

Why would we want to release your Email address.
Sometimes we receive requests from two different people to translate the same manuscript into the same language. When that happens, we will write both people and ask to share their email addresses with each other. This way they can decided if they are truly working in the same language and if they might be able to work together. But, Email addresses are not shared unless both agree.
