Translation of IPS Literature

If you would like to translate one of the manuscripts from IPS into another language you must remember to follow the procedures that are part of the Users Agreement you signed when you registered. Please follow this procedure.

  • Register your intention to translate by completing the Translation Notification Email.
  • Permission will be given unless a translation has already been undertaken by another user. In that case, correspondence will be entered into to determine if both are truly translating into the same language.
  • Copyright the translated materials in the name of the original copyright holder.
  • You must send 2 sample completed copy of the translated work to IPS
  • Send by E-mail attachment a copy of the computer file of the translated work and the formatted work used for printing to IPS
1. Please "Click" the large square to your right.

2. If you get an error message, then manually open the program you use to do emails.

3. Address your email to: translation@ipsimb.com

4. Write "Translation Request" in the subject line.

5. In your email include the following: Name, User Id., E-mail address, Name and E-mail address of your SC, Name and IPS Code of the Manuscript, English Name of the language of the translation, the geographic area where the translations will be used.

When we receive your email we will process it as soon as we can.
